Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) is a long-term residency pathway for international applicants and their families, structured into Platinum, Gold, Silver and Special Zone tiers, each with its own fixed-deposit threshold, pass validity and property-value requirement. It suits families planning education, healthcare, retirement or lifestyle relocation.

Silver (US$150,000 deposit, 5 years) is the most common entry point. Gold (US$500,000, 15 years) and Platinum (US$1,000,000, 20 years) suit those wanting longer validity, with higher participation fees. Special Zone is based on annual rent rather than a large deposit. We assess budget, age and property plans to determine the tier.
